Which room should you choose in Brescia? It depends on how you feel

Nine rooms at Palazzo Santangelo for different ways of staying & finding your way back to your mind

We thought: are you looking for just any hotel room in Brescia? No. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be here.

At Palazzo Santangelo, the room is an excuse to find your way back to your mind. We’ve prepared nine rooms for the different moods you might bring with you to Brescia.

Moods change. So does what you want to be & do. There’s a room for a Tuesday, for instance. Another for Saturday. Another for the holidays.

The same person can choose different rooms at different moments.

We’ve gathered them into two directions: The Essential, for clear, flexible stays-in-themselves; Beyond, the phenomena, when you’re looking for a Garden, a balcony, a kitchen or more time.

Almost Kantian categories.

The Essential

Sometimes you want a clear room, without superstructures. You need to sleep so you can set off again.

The Single is urban & minimal. The Double brings the same essential quality into a shared measure. The XL opens up the space and can accommodate up to four adults.

These rooms are for those who want to move easily and leave unnecessary noise outside.

The Essential means what is enough and remains. Your journey is the focus.

Beyond

On other journeys, the room needs to do something more: speak the language of your search.

The Garden looks onto the Palace’s inner Garden: Atlas cedars, Himalayan cedars, green ahead, blue above. It’s for those travelling alone who want to read, write, learn or let the mind return.

The King opens the stay to permanence, with a 180 cm king-size bed and, in some rooms, a view of the Garden.

The King+ adds French balconies, exposed beams & an included minibar, replenished every day.

The Panorama has a private balcony overlooking Brescia Castle, Monte Maddalena or the Garden.

The MonoloK adds an equipped kitchenette and brings the city into the room through a domestic gesture: the first coffee.

The FlatS is a whole home inside the Palace, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms & space for up to five adults.

Beyond is what happens when a stay asks for space, autonomy, a different view or more time.

The room changes with the journey

To choose a room in Brescia, start with the reason for your journey and who’s travelling with you.

For a working Tuesday, you might choose a Single. For a Saturday as a couple, a King, King+ or Panorama.

When you’re travelling with children or friends, there’s the XL or FlatS.

For a longer stay, MonoloK and FlatS add a kitchen.

When you’re travelling alone, you can choose between the urban subtraction of the Single and the Garden in front of your eyes in the Garden room.

All rooms are at Palazzo Santangelo, in Brescia’s historic centre.

The right room depends on how you want to stay, this time.

The Garden of Palazzo Santangelo remains part of everyone’s stay.

The view changes the room. The Garden remains.

At Palazzo Santangelo, every room responds to a different way of staying in Brescia.

The Essential includes the Single, Double & XL. Beyond brings together the Garden, King, King+, Panorama, MonoloK & FlatS.

The same person can choose different rooms at different moments: for work, a weekend, a longer stay or to find the Garden in front of their eyes.

Here, the room is part of cognitive hospitality: it changes with the journey and gives the mind back the measure it’s looking for.
